- What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per item. If it is less than 1000 pieces, please contact us. We will evaluate our stock materials and try our best to provide support. In addition, if each style has multiple colors, the minimum order is 500 pieces for each color.

- If I need a price/quotation, what kind of information should I provide?

Order Quantity, Delivery date, Customized logo and others requirements, Price term (EXW,FOB, CIF etc).

- Can I send drawings or samples to you so that you can customize it according to my requirements?

Yes, we can provide OEM or ODM services according to the different needs of customers, we have rich and professional experience in customized order, so we are fully capable to customize the products with your designs or samples, and provide some suggestions to help your company to solve related professional questions or problems.

- We don’t have a design team, can you help us design products?

Yes, we have a design team with rich experience in EVA cases design, so we can provide ODM service according to customers’ requirement but reasonable design cost for the EVA cases should be paid.

- How much deposit do I need to pay before mass production？

We will charge different deposit amounts according to different products, with a minimum of 30%
