Custom EVA Inserts

Engraved entirely from EVA material or cut from knife die, this insert has high hardness and can hold heavier equipment (such as metal equipment) firmly in the compartment, avoiding friction and collision between equipment.

Thermoformed the EVA material using a model tooling referring to the product, hot-press a layer of fabric on it, such as T fabric, N fabric, velvet and other soft fabrics, which can fix the items in the case and further reduce the friction between the items and the inserts to avoid scratches.

Sponge inserts are the most commonly used material for custom Eva cases. After getting the documents, we will find the best solution to die-cuting the sponge. Different densities of sponges determine their hardness and have a variety of options, so the density of sponges can be adjusted according to the actual needs of customers.
