Return policy
Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd guarantees to the buyer that all products purchased through XX or one of our authorized distributors, under normal use and service, will not show material and workmanship defects for at least six (6) months (according to the original invoice date).
The warranty does not apply to consumables or consumables, nor does it apply to any damage that the service department believes is due to misuse, alteration, accident, or abnormal operation or handling conditions. If the warranty label shows signs of tampering, the warranty is invalid.
Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd does not bear the risk of product damage during transportation to the buyer’s company. If Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd determines that the defect is not covered by the warranty or is not covered by the warranty, Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd will estimate repair and service costs and obtain the buyer’s authorization before performing any work on repairing the defective product.
Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd is not responsible for any custom configuration information or memory data contained in or stored in any product returned to Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd under any warranty, repair or recertification.
OEM products
Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd guarantees that its OEM products will be free from defects in the manufacturer’s workmanship and materials within 12 months from the date when Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd is sold to its OEM customers. If the product is misused, altered, or packaged in a manner that does not meet the recommendations of Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd, or cannot be operated due to normal wear and tear, the warranty is invalid.
If the products sold by Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd do not meet the above guarantee, your only remedy under this guarantee is to replace the unqualified product at the option of Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd company. Unless authorized by Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd, all suspected non-conforming products must be returned to Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd through a return authorization letter with information describing the product’s performance.
Except as otherwise provided in this article, Dongguan Baiyang Industrial Co , Ltd does not make any other types or properties of express or implied statements or guarantees for its products. Any guarantees that may be implied by law, including but not limited to guarantees of merchantability or suitability for specific purposes, are not recognized here.
