THE BONDING METHOD

The surface and the inside of Neoprene need to be laminated with different fabrics. Here are some common bonding materials.Common materials include:PU,Oxford cloth,Flannel,Velvet and N cloth

Product Quotation: Please contact us for quotation according to the reqiurement. If you have the custmer’s design already, it is better to provide physical samples so that we can calculate the exact price. If you only supply the picture, we can only estimate the approximate price. We can give you the final quotation after you confirm the sample.
Pre-sale Consultation: Please provide the correct logo, image or text, and inform the design requirements, we will provide you with an accurate quotation.
Sample Proofing : After confirmation of the offer and the artwork, if you want to produce the sample, you need to pay a small amount of fee.
Contract: Both parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO manufacturing process and delivery time of the products ordered, and then sign the order contract. All matters shall be governed by the provisions of the contract
Deposit: After confirming the sample, the customer needs to pay 30‰ deposit to arrange the production.
Production: Factory arrange the raw material procurement, and processing procedures. Generally, the delivery time is about 15 days, for special colors, material and difficulty craft, it needs more than 15 days.
Delivery: After production finished, customer may arrange inspection. If products are confirmed, customer pay the rest of the payment and then arrange the shipment.
